WORST online shop and customer service - I would advise to shop somewhere else

If I could give them a negative I would. They have the WORST online service. I placed an order almost a month ago, after not receiving any feedback on the order that I paid for, I have to find out after speaking to three online consultants that it was delivered in a completely different town with the same address.

Every single consultant, which were about 6, told me that they were "looking into it". Only after a month did someone finally do the refund for me, which at this moment I still haven't received, additionally, the consultant was rude.
