Worst customer service

I place an order on Monday 29/07/2024 till today, no communication about the status of my parcel since I received an email to confirm my order that was it, how is it difficult to updated customer on the status of our orders. I have to now phone and find out. Other shops you place an order today and you receive your parcel after 24hours, you can not promotions on stuff you don’t have cause now I have to wait,
