What a joke!

<p>After realising paying too much for a pants, I went back to the counter and showed the counter staff the incorrect pricing that they charged me. There was only 3 pants available with two pricings removed and only tye med size pants had a full price tag on it- which was the cheaper pricing. The sizing I wanted was an extra small. When I showed the staff that the pricing was cheaper they said nothing and started doing the refund. Then they bagged the med size pants. I said no I still want the smaller size pants. Then they said no they can only give me the pants that has the cheaper pricing on. Since when. I am so shocked. Why couldnt they say this when they started the transaction. Its such a joke less material more expensive. And then they make you wait and then only tell you. When I asked to speak to a manager... this lady says she is the manager she had no proof of this. When I said to her woolworths and those places would never do this and she said this isnt woolworths. And she is right it isnt They cant even compare themselves to a company such a woolworths. What a joke! And now I have to wait 7 days for a refund.... on a debit transaction. They cant even give you your cash even though it was cash. Disgusted!</p>
