Was a dress now a shirt

I bought a dress at Cotton On Tygervalley. After the first wash I now have to wear it like a shirt with pants underneath that is how much it shrunk.

You pay R500 to wear a dress and now you have a T-shirt.

Bad quality for so much money!!
