Very unprofessional approach

My wife walked into the shop with her colleagues after a day of work. They had ubered there and had their work bags on their backs. Upon entering the one staff member signaled the other staff member loud and proud clapping hands and making eyes at them to say be high on alert which made us feel uneasy. This was very disrespectful and very unprofessional. The staff that work there need to learn a few things about working in retail and how they treat their customers and figure out a way to notify others of potential threats rather than making it known the way they did. Remember people spread bad service and not necessarily the good service they received
