Very poor display of returns policy

<p>I recently purchased at item from Cotton on. I was then away for a week and when i came back i went to return the item. I checked the slip, as usually they have the return policy on the back saying return within 30 days or something. My slip was blank on the back and no mention of the policy on the slip anywhere. I went to the store to return it and the cashier said sorry our policy os 14 days and mine was on 16 days. She then pointed to a very very small sign on the till which apparently had their policy printed on it. Nothing was mentioned to me when i purchased the item of what their policy was and it certainly doesnt help me at home if the policy is this small printed paper on the till in store. Very disappointed and dont think ill ever shop at cotton on again due to the way this was handled.</p>
