Verbally and physically abusive staff member!!!

Staff member who lost my receipt threw a hanger at me saying f*** you and threatening to hit me when I asked what she had done with it. caught on camera in front of entire store and customer service tells me they will not terminate her, even though there are multiple complaints about the same staff member. Bad attitude, rude and unhelpful it is a behaviour learned from the top of the organization. Absolute disgrace!!! I have never ever seen a store with worse service or staff with worse attitudes. Boycott cotton on!
