Useless staff

Yesterday I was at your Rosebank branch looking at underwear with a friend. We saw a stand with a sign saying 2 for R300 so each took a bra. When we went to pay, one rang up as R169 (the price the ticket said) while the other rang us as R199. We asked why they not 2 for R300. The cashier just strolls away saying nothing to supposedly look at the stand. Apparently its for the tops only but didn't say this on the stand. When we asked why the same product is different prices she says one has a ticket and the other doesn't say a price and scanned at a higher price. After such stupid behaviour and blank stares I said leave it and walked away. My friend through a fit and spoke to the manager who explained the higher price is correct but she will give it to us at the lower price. I would rather spend my money somewhere else where the staff isn't stupid and can actually communicate and help customers. Pathetic
