Useless bunch

What a useless bunch, I just don't know how people can continue to shop with them especially seeing all the bad comments on this platform. Ordered an e-voucher card and 24 hours later, still don't have it. It's just an e-card for goodness sake! Countless e-mails / phone calls and all they can give me is a card number and a pin but cannot send me the actual e-voucher! Makes no sense at all and absolutely ridiculous. Took my money without hesitation, now how do I give a gift with just a number & pin! Other platforms send the e-voucher cards within an hour of ordering, not this useless bunch. I now question whether the codes they have sent will work. As it is a birthday gift, will be embarrassing if it doesn't. Cotton On suck and they will not see me again nor any of their affiliated brands under their umbrella! Rather stick to Takealot, proudly South African and at least their vouchers come through! Why do we have to accept this tardy service!
