Unhappy with online parcel delivery

Not happy with your courier company(dawn wing) used for online purchases, love the clothes from cotton on and all but please change this courier, am not happy with it which makes me be unhappy with you guys. I know you guys give them the parcel very early but cant you follow up, check if the customer had received the parcel, and communicate with them.
