Unfriendly

Went into your store at Canal Walk this morning 6th March 2021 at about 10:30am. Wanted to pay for my item at the counter after waiting some time for the girl behind the counter to return after her slow walk. She did not take the time to greet me or ask for my rewards card. I was clearly and inconvenience to her. Very unfriendly and not helpful at all.
