I'd give Cotton On SA no stars if I could. Beware of their loyalty card "free" voucher system, it's an absolute joke. I spent R4500.00 on clothes for my teenage daughter in February and earned R300.00 in so called "free" vouchers. When I wanted to use them today 11 March, I was told at the till I must spend, R200 to use R100 voucher (of the R300 voucher) R400 to use R200 voucher R600 to use R300 voucher REALLY, Cotton On ? Your so called terms and conditions are just a veil to rob your customers, there's no "free" voucher system. They also only have a validity for a month, then they expire, vouchers gone ! ********* system, once again the shoppers who keeps your stores open are just being conned. I won't be spending another cent more in your stores, absolutely pathetic, greedy system.
