Unattentive sales assistants

<p>1. Last week I was at Cotton On Canal Walk, browsing and wanting to buy something. Not a single employee came up to me to ask if I wanted help, there were 5 of them standing at the till counter chatting and laughing totally unaware of any customers in the store (I've got photo proof!!!!)</p> <p>2. Right now I'm at the Access Park store, there are two employees at the counter, the one asks me to wait for the other lady who is busy packing hats. Now as far as I know, when a customer gets to the till, you leave the packing and help the customer, but no, I stood for 5 minutes and ended up leaving my clothes and walking out.</p> <p>This is completely unacceptable, because how many other people has this happened to and how much business don't they end up losing?</p>
