Trouble with returning items and getting a refund.

I purchased a few items on cotton on around the 16th of May, I received my items 10 days later. I've been trying to return some items that do not fit, there's an online procedure that I've followed 4 times now and still haven't received correspondence from Dawn Wing to pick up my items, if 30 days pass I won't be able to return these items anymore, I can't return them to the nearest store because they were shipped from Johannesburg.
