This is the poorest service I have received. Shame on Cotton-on

I am made an online purchase via cotton-on website three weeks ago. I have not received my orde nor any communication from Cotton-on. I tried reaching out to them via phone and email without any success. I am trying to cancel this transaction, however since there is no mode of contacting them, it is a struggle. I just have to wait and endure a absolutely poor service.
