They do not refund even when you return your items.

My experience purchasing items was flawless and went smoothly. The problem occurs when you require a refund. It has been 2 months since I returned their items and still have not received my refund. They say they refunded but my bank has probably blocked the payment and need my authorisation. Twice now I have been in contact with my bank, and twice did they confirm that no deposit has been made into my account.

I would not recommend you to purchase from them, unless you are a charitable person willing to part ways with your money.
