The worst online service ever

I feel I must inform you that this will be the last time I order from cotton on I ordered on time to ensure I get my parcel in time as it is a gift I got an sms from dawn wing stating that the parcel could not be delivered due to the wrong address When I called them they stated that cotton on gave them the wrong address hence the parcel was haven to the wrong driver and the parcel will not be delivered today as scheduled I called cotton on and they said they gave dawn wing the correct address so now it's a blame game between the 2 As a customer I must now suffer the consequences of this mess that was not my fault And I need to go and purchase another gift on top of that????So basically ***** the customer
