terrorised by cotton on staff member

I went into cotton on eastgate mall on saturday 24/01/15 and I was treated so badly by a rude cotton on staff member Bonga Dladla he was arrogant and in short my experience at the east gate mall cotton on was absolutely horrific i was in tears by the time i left that store because i was so terrorised by this staff member I have never in my life experienced such disrespect
