TERRIBLE TREATMENT !!!!

<p>opened a cotton on account as a ' nice to have ' card ! Well was I in for a big surprise the first month I went into the store to pay my account only to be told it had to be paid at Std bk .Off I went to Std bk , thru no longer have deposit slips and you have to pay cash , no debit cards , i handed them my iPad and my cotton on card and the 1st month was pain free . WELL the 2nd month I duly went into pay on the 24 th April and did exactly the same . Imagine my surprise when I received an sms on the 2nd advising I was in arrears ! I immediately called he RCS call centre ( who aren't the friendliest call centre operators ) only to be told to send a copy of the deposit slip , I duly did , it was however never followed through with them , I called them again and was told I needed to sort the matter out MYSELF with Std bk !!! I was furious however I went in and presented my deposit slip .Std bk took 2 weeks to get back to me and yesterday 1/6 I collected my post only to discover a letter dated 22/5 from RCS advising my account was in arrears !!! I contacted the call centre and spoke with Valencia who advised I was going to be placed on ITC !!! I asked her for the settlement figure and she advised the following Pay it in at Std bk , go to a cotton on branch immediately with your ID , card and deposit slip and they will contact us and close the account . I did so , only to be asked by the branch to go and make a copy of my ID, I said NO ! I managed to find a copy in my bag . I was in the store for an hour because the young assistant couldn't get through and kept on getting cut off , finally she passes the phone to me and it's Valencia again, she asks me how I made the payment , I told her EXACTLY THE WAY YOU TOLD ME TO DO IT , oooh she says I will have to keep a track of it because it takes a few days to reflect , I will however notify them to remove you from ITC!!! What a frikkin circus , I have attached copies of everything . I will be putting this on your FACEBOOK PAGE AND ON HELLO PETER and if 1 or more people decide not to open accounts or buy from you that will be 2 ( me one of them ) or more less clients you will have .</p>
