Terrible Timothy Traddle

My order was delivered late, despite me paying for express delivery. This shouldn't be surprising considering Cotton On insists on using the worst courier in the country, DPD to the detriment of their customers. I then had the misfortune of getting Timothy on live chat. He the worst piece of sh-, sorry excuse of customer services ever. I explicitly asked for a manager callback more than once. He said he would be calling me, I advised him that his the last person I want to speak to as he can't even count business days. He then said he is a senior customer service agent and part of management, lol. Despite my demands for a manager callback, he gave me a call himself. He's clearly one those men who think they know best and know it all.
