Terrible service from cotton on

Made a purchase online and the shoes didn’t fit so I went to a cotton on store to return the items. I was informed that the size of the shoes wasn’t in store but cotton on had it at their factory and they would deliver to my home address.

Firstly the delivery took forever and not the 3 days promised and secondly I got a completely wrong item!!!! I need the shoes I bought for a function and now I’m stuck with jeans I can’t even wear.

I have been trying to get ahold of cotton on customer service and no one has gotten back to me. I have been on hold for 30 min and the live chat says an agent will be with you in 15 min but that 15 min has turned to an hour!

Very irritating cotton on!
