TERRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered a person notebook off of the website. They first got the colour wrong for the name and the spelt the name wrong for the personalisation. I then started trying to contact them and no one answered the phoned, so I tried the customer support chat on the website.

No one wanted to help and I was told so many different stories by the same customer support person. It has now been over two weeks since they *****ed up and now they are making me fight to be able to get my refund which I am entitled to according to their website and according to the Consumer Protection Act in South Africa.

Customer Service is not a priority with this company. Think carefully before ordering from them.
