Terrible online service

I placed an order on the 21st of October 2025 using the company’s app. The payment went through successfully, but I never received a confirmation email for my order.

I have tried to contact the company through their online chat, but it is not working, and the staff I managed to reach have been clueless and unhelpful. This is not the first time I have ordered through the app, but this experience has been very disappointing.

I would like immediate feedback and for my order to be delivered or a refund processed if the order cannot be fulfilled.
