Terrible Online Customer Service

The customer service online is non existant. I chose express delivery and received my order even later than normal delivery times. This, after I escalated the matter even prior to them breaching the promised turnaround time. They promised to refund the express delivery fee I paid, but that of course never happened. Their agents are rude and not concerned with ‘your problem’ because that’s how your issue is deemed. It’s a you problem, and nothing to do with them as long as they’ve received their payment. They are not in the least concerned with commitments that they have made in terms of turnaround times, nor your expectations or plans made around the expected turnaround times. I would think twice before purchasing online, unless you enjoy working with rude and unconcerned consultants should you encounter any issues.
