Terrible Customer Service & No refund in sight.

Absolutely terrible and disappointing service. I placed an order with Cotton On at the beginning of June. Two weeks later I still did not have my order. I was then told that my package was undeliverable. Neither Cotton on nor the delivery company contacted me to inform me what was happening. I spoke to various consultants who assured me my package will be delivered. Thereafter I received an email stating they needed to refund me because my items were no longer available. I was told my refund would reflect 1-5 working days later. This is working day 9 and I am still waiting. I cannot believe the way loyal customers are being treated and disregarded.
