Terrible Customer experience from Cotton On

Order placed on 23 November - to date no information on when my order will be shipped, order was due for a birthday present for Friday 1 December, call Centre is unable to assist me, the lady that assisted me was very unprofessional- order number is ***11.

This is the last time I will be ordering from Cotton On
