TERRIBLE CALL CENTRE ACCOUNT SERVICE

<p>I AM FUMING , I RECOMMEND PEOPLE DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT COTTON ON , I made a mistake and yes I opened one for convenience , I owe a very small amount , I MADE my DEPOSIT INSTALMENT AT STANDARD BANK AS PER THEIR INSTRUCTION , I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO THE CALL CENTRE AS I WAS TOLD I WAS IN ARREARS !!!!! I have never been in ARREARS AT ANY PLACE . STANDARD BANK DO NOT HAVE DEPOSIT SLIPS I SHOWED THE TELLER ( who happened to be the manager my account on my I pad ) I gave her my card ) I get an account now NOT REFLECTING THE PAYMENT AS THEY PROMISED TO INVESTIGATE AND RECTIFY , STATING I AM IN ARREARS ABSOLUTELY FUMING
