Terrible Brand image!!

I was in Cotton On Gateway on Thursday and having my sale rung up by an extremely helpful gentleman who gave me such great service that I regret not taking his name down! On my left there was a bit of a feud going on between 2 staff members so it obviously got the attention of us customers. I asked the cashier who they were & he said it's the Two-I-C?? I asked what that was and he explained it she was basically the assistant manager. I asked to see the store manager because she was extremely rude when talking to a sales assistant and wanted to report her! To my surprise the store had no store manager for over a month?? I am a company owner myself, and find it extremely disturbing that an international company like Cotton On can employ such rude and disrespectful people to represent their brand! Have you not heard of building people instead of breaking them? A manager dictates, but a leader leads! I have always been a loyal Cotton On customer but I won't return and support Gateway if this is the image they portray to us and the type of staff they employ! Their foundation is great and I always support it when I buy, but they should maybe look at having more humanitarian people in their stores. Charity begins at home after-all. I have now started questioning the authenticy of the brand and what they actually stand for.
