Terrible

This is ridiculous how is the order just cancelled without any communication from your side? how is it cancelled without a refund?! why does your website allow me to order a product that you no longer have stock of , i came into the office mainly because i was expecting that package today .does not make any sense to me. this is my very first order with you and this is the type of experience you offer? absolutely terrible. and it didnt take 3-5 business days for the money to reflect in your account why should my refund take that long?! this is unacceptable
