Take "Cotton on" off your online shopping list!

What a terrible experience. Ordered winter clothing on May 6th. I have been **** to so many times about delivery dates. Dawn Wing are the couriers and they are just as bad. But the problem is that i cannot get to speak to anyone at Cotton on. They just don't care. I think they expect to only offer bad service and this is why there are no contact numbers to get hold of someone to complain to. Please people, DON'T ORDER ONLINE. THE STATISTICS SHOW AN AVERAGE OF A 1.4 RATING??
