Superb service

Leko Mdabe, is a staff at Cotton On La Lucia. Upon my first meeting in store, approached him regarding a product which they didnt have my size. His friendliness and professionalism was exceptional. He immediately offered me peace of mind by asked me to keep in touch with him as new stock was arriving. Not once did he drop the level of excellent service experience. Once the item arrived he welcomed me warmly and even went to the extent of recommending a tailor. He ensured i was satisfied, never pushed sold and ensured i was assisted right up to my transaction.
