Stay far away! Especially when ordering online!

Do not order from them online. It has been a week since I ordered. Me and my girlfriend ordered on the same day, she received her package but I am still waiting. Cotton on is unresponsive and does not attend to their emails. Shocking customer service experience, they clearly cannot run an online store effectively. Judging from the reviews here, cotton on will also probably not respond on this platform. Very very shocking.
