Some of their staff are just awful!

The store closes at 8, but the change room closes at 7...? How does that make sense?

We proceeded to the change room at 19:48 a staff member pitched up to give us a telling off. I asked her were the signage was to inform customers of this policy, then I asked for the manager. She said there was no signage, and there was no need to call the manager as it was not a problem. So I asked her if it wasn't a problem why did she scold us.
