So disgusted by bad service

Im a regular at Cotton on Cresta as this is my favourite clothing store. I asked for assistance from one of the staff by the name of Hope, heard other fellow staff calling her Nonkululeko, she had such bad attitude and manners towards me i felt so little as acustomer. She may of had a bad day but this is no way to treat a customer especially a regular one. I hope i was the first and last that experienced this and hope she will be dealt with accordingly. So disappointed and will not be going to that specific branch anytime soon.
