Shoe quality too bad

I am dissapointed at Cotton On's shoe quality I bought combat boots in March month end 2021 it is the 5th of May but the right boot has already got messed up mind you I've only worn these boots 4 times if not three. I am angry at I do not even know what to say right now I did not expect this from Cotton On. Such bad quality is not what you can expect from them.
