Shockingly Bad Service.

This is the worst online buy I have ever made. I have been trying to return an item since 25th May. I have been told DawnWing will contact me to collect. DawnWing know nothing about it. I have emailed so many times and get what appears to be an automated response. I will definitely never buy from them again, either online or in the store. Shocking. I would give them a -10 rating
