Shocking service for Cotton On Online Purchase!

Extremely dissatisfied and dissapoited with the service from Cotton On! Placed an online order on 19 Apr, 2020. Order Number W*** my order arrived on 6 May 2020 and 1 of the items were not in the package. I immediately log a query. The query is logged on 6 May 2020. (Request ***). I I ly have an automated response and nothing further. Eventually on 26 May 2020 I log a return for 2 of the itema ordered and delivered and again mention the item I never received. To date no response to my return logged or outstanding query! Shocking service.
