SHOCKING SERVICE COTTON ON+!!

Waited in a Q for 20 mins,with ONE till operating. After 20 mins another lady strolled in, slowly, opened the 2nd till, and said YES? Why were 2 tills not operating initially with a long Q??? Also, Leko, said I cannot get a refund, even though all the items had original cotton on tags??? He was not polite!!!!
