Shocking service

1st of all I would like to comment on the clothing,I bought a pair of pants which I paid just over R500 for, the pants lasted not even 2 months when it started pulling apart at the seams, when I took it in to the store no one would even assist me in any way.it's been two months, what can a person expect. I spend R1000s at Cotton on in Sandton every two months and it doesn't happen all too often,yes it happens to some of the items I buy.Then on Saturday I go to Cotton on Fourways again,yay it's payday weekend and I have money to spend.Only to find that this Cotton on is not really interested in assisting me yet again.I stood waiting at the shoes area for a few minutes trying to figure out which UK Eur size would be a size 6. A lady comes out of the back room,I call over to her and said will you please assist me only to have her raise her eyebrows and just continue to walk away (I guess assisting customers in the shoes area isn't part of her job description).I eventually got the shoes I wanted and then went to the queue only to find there is only 1 person ringing up while there are 6 other people in front of me. Shocking service amongst other things. I'll go spend my cash elsewhere
