Severely disappointing quality

I wanted to write a review on a product but seems that the customer support can't be reached and the form to review wasn't working either. Anyways to the point, I am so disgusted at the quality compared to the cost - this is mainly to one of my few recent purchases from them as I stopped being a loyal customer due to their pricing.

Tell me why 2 months of having a weekly 2025 planner that the cover is faded completely and the spine just fell off casually - for a planner that's double the price of any other. Like honestly, having to buy a new diary in February is ridiculous.
