Service in store

I bought panties for my daughter on Monday when i got home I realised that i took the wrong shape I immediately put it back in the bag and went to the store on Tuesday afternoon to just exchange the panties. The cashier said the regional wont allow to exchange the panties, another lady was trying to assist in calling the regional as she was done on the phone she told me no the regional refused just to exchange even if it was not opened. So here is my question what must i do with those panties that cost me R189.99 just to exchange is too much. I guess to see a customer leaving the store and to smile is not a option for that regional. A customer may never ever leave your store unhappy…. And i am not stupid i know I cannot return panties if it was on your body . And yes another thing the cashier on the day of my purchase did not remind me that i must double check the panties because it may not be exchanged….. Woodlands Mall Cotton On Kids
