Ruined my daughters birthday

Ordered clothes on their online sale for my daughter’s birthday. The delivery never arrived in time. When I made contact they told me my order had been canceled. With zero explanation or communication as to why??? The sale items were no longer in stock and they just totally spoilt my child’s birthday. When I explained that sales items were no longer available they just shrugged it off.
