Rude and lousy customer service I received at Cotton on Woodmead

I wanted to return the jeans I purchased for my son at the Four Ways branch. Patricia said I should return the jeans to the store where I purchased them. The Woodmead branch does have the same jeans. I then mentioned to her that nowhere on the receipt did it state that I could only return the jeans to the store where I purchased them. She said it wasn't her problem. I requested to speak with her manager, and she informed me that she was the manager. I inquired speak to someone who can assist because, there is no way I going bad to four ways to return jean. She told me I couldn't speak with her manager. She is the one who makes the final call.
