Refusal to give gift card for baby gifts

<p>We will never ever buy or support cotton on kids in our lifetime. We were treated luke ********* at Eastgate. We received gifts for my wife's baby shower which we wanted to swap as we already had them and they refused to give us a credit. We were forced to take other items. Why ? Because they demanded the gift receipt , does anyone even give this item or know to give this with gifts. I find it absolutely stupid and we will never support you or your normal stores ever again. All other stores allow credits of items without slips but these people are too high and mighty</p>
