Refusal of assistance

They refused to remove an ink tag on a pair jeans that I bought at a different branch because I had lost the till slip. Found it very unacceptable because I had the carry bag I bought it with. Worse to show the tag was faulty it didn't sound when I entered the shop- showing that is how I left with it at the initial shop.
