Refund ripoff

Shorts bought in December last year for R250 were retruned ti the retailer as the stitching had come undone. Because i did not have a slip and i do not know of anyone who keeos a slip for over a month for an item like shorts. I was refunded R150 which was a ripoff and worse was the treatment i received from a staff member who was nit even helping me who just interjected and basically told me where to get off. I have never been so humiliated in my life i am emotionally hurt for a lousy R250.
