Refund Query

Sunday 13 Feb 2022, i went to Cotton On Kids in Shop 33, 2 Arbour Road in Amanzimtoti for my refund. it was processed and was told that the money will be in my account within 2 days and i accepted that. Tuesday 15 Feb i call the store and spoke to Bev Lififi who told me that it should be in my account the following da (Wednesday) as it take 3days, that also i accepted. Wednesday 16 Feb i call the store again as the money is still not in my account, again i spoke to Store Manager Bev Lififi who now tell me that it will be in my account in 10days. Now this is totally unacceptable, why am i being given a run around by cotton on? you are not running a ****a and we expecting world-class service from your brand. i need this to be sorted urgently before i take it on twitter and Facebook for everyone in and around Amanzimtoti to know the kind of unprofessional brands we have in our area.
