Refund not recieved/The worst customer service EVER!

3 months ago I returned an item I purchased online from cotton on and requested a refund. The courier company collected my parcel and to this day I have not recieved my money. I've sent multiple emails to cotton on support but they ignore me and then close my email request! I am honestly over cotton on and their lack of customer service. You'd think that the customer service would be good for the prices we pay at their store. I am truly disappointed in cotton on!. Never return anything via their online courier service you will regret it!! If I could rate them a 0 I would.
