Refund Gone Wrong

I returned an item to Cotton On Body in Clearwater.<br> The cashier asked for the card I had originally used to purchase the item.<br> I told her that refunds do not work on a debit card, but she refused to give me cash and insisted on trying my card.<br> I asked her to phone her manager. The phone rang for about 3 seconds and she said \no one's answering"<br> She then entered my card into the machine"
