******, condescending teller!!!

I can't believe in 2020 we still have atrocious, ****** people who are meant to be giving appropriate customer service are still lacking in a simple "good customer service. I am disgusted and appalled by TREVOR from Cotton On Palms Value Centre (Mega) East Rand Mall. I got there to do a refund and his condescending, rude attitude is what got me to write this. He told me he wont give me a refund if I didn't have the card I used to purchase. When I asked if I didn't have the card there does it mean I won't be assisted, and he rudely said yes. When I told him that in their policy it doesn't state that if I want to return or refund I need to have my card and the head office should stipulate that next time he was rude,didnt even care to explain that unfortunately their rules are that the card is needed.. When I told him that I drove a long way to come and refund and I wouldn't turn back because of not having a card, with a disgusting attitude he told me he won't assist. If I could drive all the way It means I have the means to drive back to get my card and return. Further to that, when I asked for his name he **** TO MY FACE unapologetically so and gave me the incorrect name. When I told him I'd be reporting him to head office, he said "I don't care, go right ahead and tell them, I don't give out my name to nobody and I don't care what you do. That's the problem with you BLACK PEOPLE"!!! When I asked him colleague to give me his real name as he only told me his name is Jones, he told his colleague not to give out my name. This man is rude, disgusting and has a filthy mouth and attitude and I don't understand why is he even still assisting clients. When I told him I've worked in retail before and I know he is meant to give me his name and provide me with respect and good behaviour, he outburstly said "this isn't Checkers, it's COTTON ON" and continued to do whatever he doing. When approached by his other colleague Thandeka, he screamed at her telling her she mustn't speak to him like that and he ignored her and walked away... How rude can one be, your superior is reprimanding you and he attacks Thandeka, then says he doesn't care, I must call head office and complain and what annoyed me was his ******, NARCISSISTIC attitude that BLACK PEOPLE are a problem and shouldn't complain. What nonsense is that?? Just because I'm black I should give in to rude, disgusting behaviour from him.. NO

He's the most atrocious, disgusting person ever. Do something about him.. Fast! I don't even know why is he even still working with people
